Dressing of the Palms
This holiday season, Vilano Beach Main Street invites you to help us deck the palms and bring some holiday magic to Vilano Beach!
We’re offering 60 palm trees along Vilano Road for decoration, and you can add your own creative, beachy touch. Each participant will receive a “naked” wreath and the hardware needed to hang it. Decorations should follow the theme: Beachy Sea Creatures.
The event runs from November 30 to December 12, 2024. Palm trees will be numbered, and only the provided wreaths may be used. To reserve your wreath and tree, please complete the form below. Once the $25 fee is paid, a Vilano Beach Main Street Board member will contact you with your assigned tree and additional details. Wreaths will be available for pickup at the Holiday Inn Express Vilano Beach. You may also purchase a wreath at the time of pickup using cash or credit card.
Once your wreath is decorated and hung on your tree, the fun isn’t over—community voting will decide the fan favorites! Voting closes on December 17th at 3:00 PM. Voters can stop by the Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt Place, Oceanview Lodge, or Hampton Inn & Suites to pick up a voting slip and drop it in the voting box at any of these locations. Winners will be announced at the Community Meeting on December 18 at 4:00 PM.
